My Projects Here you can explore a selection of projects I have been involved in over the years. Some of these projects were completed under my former company, Design Group K&J, which no longer exists, while others were created in collaboration with leading professional architecture studios in Italy. Additionally, several projects were completed during my time working as a freelance architect. Tävling om det verkställande projektet för 196 allmännyttiga bostadslägenheter för kommunen Pieve Emanuele, provinsen Milano, Italien.
Projektet innebar att utveckla den slutliga utformningen för 196 lägenheter i sex torn, organiserade i tre kluster. Den viktigaste tävlingskriteriet var genomförandetiden, vilket hanterades genom användning av prefabricerade betongstrukturer och färdigställningssystem.
Min roll: Jag bidrog till både design och ledning, med fokus på torrbyggnadsteknik, materialval och prefabriceringsstrategier. Jag samordnade även projektet över flera discipliner, inklusive konstruktionsdesign, platsäkerhet, MEP-system och brandskydd.
